The Cubs survived a tough battle with the Braves to record their 10th win of the season. The Braves took a 2-0 lead in the 1st on a double by Wisford Exilhomme and an RBI single Tom Clarke. The Braves added two more runs in the top of 3rd 2 RBI single by rookie Liam Rose. Exilhomme recorded 5 Ks in the first two innings. The Cubs came back with 8 runs in the bottom of 3rd. Cub rookies Daitoro Anderson and Sam Fulweiler contributed with singles. Fernandes posted 11 Ks on the mound.
